Phuong Nam Med Company respectfully announces the application of new shipping and delivery policies as follows:

1. Methods of delivery or service provision:

• Delivery staff deliver directly (for customers in Ho Chi Minh City)
• Delivery by bus (for customers outside Ho Chi Minh City who purchase heavy goods or large-sized goods such as plaster, molding powder, solution bottles larger than 3 liters, steamed roll bags, glove boxes, etc.)
• Delivery with COD/no COD through shipping partners such as EMS, Saving Delivery, Fast Delivery, etc. (for customers outside Ho Chi Minh City who purchase light goods, small sizes, or customers who need to pay upon receipt)

2. Delivery time:

Estimated time for delivery or provision of services, taking into account geographical distance and delivery method:

• Estimated express delivery time for central areas of provinces/cities
• Express delivery time to districts/communes/remote areas: +02 to +03 days compared to delivery time to central areas of provinces/cities
• Express delivery time with collection on delivery (COD): +01 to 05 days depending on the area
• For goods transported by bus: time depends on the schedule of the bus company to the customer's location.

3. Shipping costs:

• Ho Chi Minh City Area:

Free shipping for orders worth 500,000 VND or more.

Surcharge for shipping within Ho Chi Minh City 20,000 VND for orders worth less than 500,000 VND

Surcharge for shipping outside Ho Chi Minh City 35,000 VND for orders worth less than 500,000 VND

• Other Provinces/Cities:

Free shipping for orders worth 2,000,000 VND or more.

However, in some special cases when the weight and size of heavy/bulky packages exceed the shipping price range of 200,000 VND or more, we will negotiate the most reasonable shipping cost % for customers and partners.

Surcharge for shipping goods for orders worth less than 2,000,000 VND, shipping costs depend on the shipping unit that customers or partners choose.

• Some notes about shipping and delivery:

Geographical restrictions for delivery or service provision (if any) are as follows:

Only accept delivery to areas with a road or rail transport network. (The company does not support other forms of transport in any case)

For delivery by bus: the company will send the goods to the bus station in the area where the customer provides the address, the customer is obliged to go to the bus station to receive the goods, the company does not support home delivery.

• Note: In case of delay in delivery or provision of services, traders, organizations and individuals must promptly inform customers and create opportunities for customers to cancel the contract if they wish.
